Returns / Credits and Exchanges
At Vizorre Fashion and Designs, we value your satisfaction. Enjoy free shipping on qualifying orders. Please note that our online boutique does not currently offer free returns. Store credit or exchange can be issued for returns made within 7 days of purchase. Email notification is required for warehouse items to be credited. No credit will be given and no returns accepted after 7 days.
Returns on FREE shipped items will incur a shipping charge if the return balance falls below the free shipping amount.
Damage Items
Request to return damaged items must be made within 2 days of receipt of merchandise and items must be returned with all parts included in the original packaging for credit or exchange.
Special or custom-made orders may not be returned for credit or exchange.
Returned items must be unused, fragrant-free, labels and tags in tack as received. We do not accept returns on products that are intimate, sanitary goods, or personal care items.
Tracking numbers are provided to monitor shipments; we will not credit items not received due to no error on our part for lost packages.
Refunds Status
Once your return is received, inspected, and processed, we will send an email notification of the status of your return. All credits will automatically be applied to your account.
